Just received the product. It’s well packaged and built. The instruction is clear, along with charging cable. The steps to connect to today is very straightforward and I find no issue. Once connected, the pen works well, such that the connection between the iPad and pen is seamlessly and the writing itself is bet spontaneously. So far, I like what I purchased
