    The pen was missing from the packaging! I ordered it, and when I opened the brand new sealed plastic packaging that covered the box, all that was in there was a charging cord and a cleaning cloth – no pen at all. Nothing. I was so disappointed in such a careless mistake because my daughter needed this desperately for her school. She is in elementary school but fully online due to Covid, and writing with her finger is very difficult for her on the school issued iPad. She really needs a stylus, and we were so happy to have found this one on sale and with such good reviews. Unfortunately, the very item we purchased was not included in the shipment and was left out of the box, so she was really sad and frustrated. I looked for another replacement but couldn’t get one for the same sale price. Money is very tight because I was reduced from full time teaching to only half time this year, and I am a single parent and the sole provider. I just want to find something for my daughter that works, will last, and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
