It took a bit to get the pencil to connect to my iPad but works great once it paired. I have also have an Apple Pencil (g 1). I like the Jam Jake in that it has an on/off button and is easy to charge. Usability was extremely comparable to the Apple Pencil for a fraction of the cost.
