I haven’t even used it to write on my iPad due to the fact the included user manual’s “How to Charge” section is not written very clearly with respect to which USB power adapters can be used to charge this product. I’ve already sent an email to your Customer Support team for further clarification. Please consider including a more detailed version of the user manual both on your website & printed with the product itself.
